SUPERMAN CELEBRATION
For 45 years, the Metropolis Chamber of Commerce, the City of Metropolis, and the Greater Metropolis Convention & Visitors Bureau have hosted the Metropolis Superman Celebration.
What started as a 1-day event for the local community has grown into a 4-day extravaganza celebrating all things Super and welcoming fans from around the globe.

HARRAH’S METROPOLIS HOMETOWN CELEBRATION
The Harrah’s Metropolis Hometown Celebration is an annual event held on July 5th at the Harrah’s Metropolis Casino & Hotel in Metropolis, Illinois. The celebration includes activities, food, drinks, and a fireworks display.
